Distributel Communications is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives to join our in house call center located in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Work Performed

-Answer inbound sales, billing and general inquiries from existing and prospective customers;
-Provide clear and concise information to clientele
-Recommend services
-Sell and Up-sell services
-Diagnose and transfer calls
-Take new orders
-Outbound calling in response to orders placed online
-Outbound calling in response to general and sales inquiries
-Other duties as needed.

Skills and Aptitudes

-Must be fluently bilingual
-Must have good verbal and written communication skills
-Must have excellent customer service skills;
-Sales and revenue driven;
-Possess appropriate inter-personal skills;
-Confident math and problem solving skills;
-Ability to multi-task while answering the phones;
-Previous Help Desk/Call Center experienced is an asset;
-Ability to quickly accommodate to new procedures and policies;
-Basic knowledge of telecommunications
-High School or Post secondary education an asset
-Flexible scheduling availability (evenings, weekends and split shifts)
