Rent is $375 + half the utilities (gas and hydro), internet, cable approx $150 a month
Roommate must like animals, currently have 3 friendly cats and a playful dog
Should be willing to share household chores 50/50, except for animal care which is my responsibility
This is a non party house, in a family oriented neighborhood and the landlord lives next store.
